Business Development
Prepare and implement business development plans to achieve credit disbursement goals.
Lead and monitor the sales team's activities.
Analyze market and competitive situations to identify new business opportunities.
Build and strengthen relationships with business partners, agents, and key customers.
Prepare market expansion and operational area plans.
Regularly monitor and analyze sales and business development KPIs.
Credit Risk Management
Monitor credit quality and ensure compliance with the company's credit policies.
Participate in evaluating risk on customers and pawning operations.
Monitor credit status and risk mitigation measures.
Collaborate with operations and risk departments to resolve credit issues.
Ensure credit disbursement balances sales and credit quality.
Marketing and Branding
Prepare and implement marketing campaigns to increase customer attraction.
Manage online and offline advertising activities.
Organize promotional events such as Booth Promotion, Roadshow, Networking Event, and other programs.
Develop and promote the company's brand awareness.
Collaborate with media, agencies, and other partners in promotion.
Monitor the effectiveness of marketing activities and prepare reports.
Product and Service Development
Study market and customer needs to develop new products and services.
Provide feedback on product improvements and customer experience.
Collaborate with relevant departments in implementing new products.
Team Leadership and Development
Lead, manage, and motivate the team to achieve goals.
Prepare training and staff development plans.
Monitor and evaluate staff performance.
Foster a work culture of good collaboration and high responsibility.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Finance/Pawning.
Experience in Partnership Management and Network Development.
Good leadership and management skills.
High ability in sales and business development.
Good understanding of Credit Risk Management and credit operations.
Skills in planning marketing and branding strategies.
Good negotiation and communication skills with customers and partners.
Ability to solve problems and make good decisions.
Ability to work under pressure and manage targets.
Proficient in Khmer and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Skills in preparing presentations and reports.
