Develop sales strategies for ATM Card deposits, iPay User Merchant, and financial services to achieve business goals and ensure customer needs are met.
Support all stakeholders and branches to ensure ATM Card deposit plans and financial services achieve their goals.
Prepare daily plans for collecting ATM Card deposits and financial services efficiently and achieve LOLC's goals.
Understand potential customers, the market, and essential needs to plan new market entry activities effectively.
Meet customers in the market and persuade them to deposit, use ATM cards, and introduce new products of LOLC.
Prepare summary reports of daily, monthly, and annual communications and compare them with actual plans, identifying and addressing weak points in a timely manner.
Monitor declining sales of deposits and other financial services and find solutions.
Understand the weaknesses of deposit products and financial services to develop them and increase customer satisfaction.
Maintain relationships with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, in line with LOLC's policies.

Bachelor's degree in Finance and Banking, Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
Experience in selling deposit/savings products and digital services is a plus.
Good communication and English writing skills.
High commitment and integrity.
A person with good work results.
