About the role

Support SOS Children’s Villages Cambodia in establishing a practical and comprehensive procurement frame that strengthens transparency, accountability, efficiency, value for money, segregation of duties, and internal control throughout the procurement cycle.
Review existing practices, consult relevant staff and management, identify gaps and risks, and develop a Procurement Policy and supporting tools that are appropriate to the Organisation’s size, structure, operational context, and project activities requirements.

Requirements

A qualified Consultancy firm with at least five (5) years of relevant professional experience; Previous experience developing procurement systems for local NGOs or community-based organisations; Experience ing with NGOs or donor-funded projects; Knowledge of donor procurement requirements; Experience delivering training or organisational capacity development; Familiarity with practical risk-based procurement approaches.
A strong understanding of applicable local laws and regulatory requirements;.
