The Khmer Language Teacher will be responsible for delivering full-time, high-quality Khmer language and cultural teaching for the primary teaching levels.
The focus of this instruction will be balanced across the 4 components of language learning: speaking, listening, reading, writing.
They will plan lessons and work collaboratively with the Khmer Language Team.
Teachers at AUPP are expected to work collaboratively in order to provide a positive educational experience for its students.
Teach Khmer Language classes as per schedule provided.
Plan and design languages learning activities that incorporate a range of instructional strategies and include the appropriate use of digital technology.
Join Khmer language Team meetings and other staff meetings.
Participating in Professional Development activities.
Perform other tasks as assigned by Principal / Head of School.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Bachelor's Degree in Khmer Language and literature.
Teaching experience for 3 years as a minimum.
Be a native Khmer Speaker (mandatory).
Teaching license is preferred.
Experience working in an international context or culturally diverse setting is an asset.
Understand inquiry based and or play based teaching and learning practice, or has keen interest in developing related knowledge or skills.
