• DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and prepare lesson plans aligned course objectives; Provide and deliver clear lesson goals expectation students; Adapt teaching methods, the use of technology and materials to meet the course objectives and students’ interests; Encourage and build students’ confidence mainly in listening and speaking skills; Assess and monitor student progress using appropriate methods; Keep record of students’ attendance and their progress performance; Enforce classroom behavior rules and maintain discipline and engagement; Promote safe, respectful and inclusive classroom environment; Maintain positive relationships with colleagues, students, and parents; Participate actively in all tasks assigned by the Head of English programme as well as events organized by the programme and the s; Strictly follow all ISF’s internal policies.

• Good is preferred QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Teaching English as a Foreign (TEFL) or other related fields; HISTORY: Teaching English to children and young adults for 2 years as a minimum SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: General & Technical Skills High level of English proficiency; preferably IELTS 6.0 and above; Good knowledge of innovative teaching techniques, online platforms, and use of AI..etc; Great passion in teaching and commitment to with children with a difficult background; Soft Skills Strong classroom management, and interal skills; Be punctual, honest, trustworthy, patient, respectful and helpful.
