The Quality Assurance Officer is responsible for supporting software quality by planning, preparing, and executing testing activities across web, mobile, and other digital applications.
The role develops test cases, performs functional and regression testing, identifies and documents defects, verifies resolved issues, and supports User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and software releases.
The Quality Assurance Officer works closely with Product Owners, Developers, and other relevant teams to understand requirements, validate delivered features against acceptance criteria, and help ensure that software solutions are functional, reliable, and meet expected and user requirements.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Bachelor's Degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.
Software Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or a related role for 2 to 3 years as a minimum.
Hands-on experience testing web and/or mobile applications.
Experience preparing and executing test cases, test scenarios, and test data.
Experience in functional, regression, integration, smoke, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Ability to prepare, execute, and maintain test plans, test scenarios.
