As a Senior Accounting & Tax Service Officer, you will not only manage client engagements but also review junior team members, participate in tax audits, and build practical experience that supports long-term career growth into supervisory and management positions.
Accounting Services Liaise with clients to collect accounting records and supporting documents.
Analyze accounting transactions and prepare accurate bookkeeping entries.
Record accounting transactions using the double-entry accounting system.
Prepare ing papers and submit completed for review.
Review bookkeeping and accounting prepared by junior team members and provide guidance where necessary.
Maintain accounting records, cash books, and client files.
Prepare Annual Accounting Record (ACAR) and other statutory reports.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely completion of client assignments.
Tax Compliance Services Collect tax information and supporting documents from clients.
Prepare monthly tax declarations.
Submit completed tax returns for internal review by the Tax Advisor or Manager.
Process tax declarations through the Cambodia e-Filing system.
Prepare monthly tax payment s and supporting documentation.
Prepare annual Tax on Income returns and other annual tax filings.
Support and participate in tax audits.
Attend meetings with tax authorities and represent the firm when assigned.
Meet clients to explain tax matters, provide updates, and maintain professional relationships.
Client Relationship Communicate professionally with clients through meetings, calls, and emails.
Provide timely follow-up on client requests.
Build strong, long-term relationships through reliable and professional service.
Attend client meetings independently or together with management when assigned.
Team Leadership & Quality Control Supervise and review completed by junior accounting staff.
Coach and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
Ensure quality meets LKNG Consulting standards.
Assist supervisors in monitoring progress and deadlines.
Administration & Office Responsibilities Maintain both electronic and physical client files in an organized manner.
Ensure confidentiality of all client information.
Participate in internal training programs and professional development activities.
Support office administration when required.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional ing environment.
Participate in daily office housekeeping duties together with the team to ensure the place remains clean and welcoming.
Perform other duties assigned by Management.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred Accounting, finance, or tax compliance for 3 to 5 years as a minimum General & Technical Skills Strong understanding of bookkeeping and double-entry accounting.
Good knowledge of Cambodia Taxation.
Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office.
Moderate English communication skills (written and spoken).
Experience handling multiple client accounts is preferred.
Experience dealing with tax filings and tax authorities is an advantage.
Previous experience reviewing junior staff's is a plus.
Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
Comfortable ing with numbers, calculations, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
Ability to independently while supporting team success.
Good communication and client relationship skills.
Willingness to learn, improve, and take on leadership responsibilities.
