Assist the production of engaging, attractive, innovative content video materials for online and offline platforms.
Design some materials and content needed for overall marketing and communication use.
Work with Graphic Design & Production Senior Officer to maintain and troubleshoot audio, video, and lighting equipment.
Support and participate in the production of video materials, and operating camera or recording if required.
Ensure the quality of the video materials are in line with MSIC’s brand identity and brand book/guidelines.
Handle medical emergencies and queries as appropriate, including referring to the relevant Marie Stopes clinic.
Place outbound calls to clients who visited Marie Stopes service delivery channels for service quality follow-ups.
Remind clients about their visits for reminder follow-ups.
Refer callers to Marie Stopes clinics, quality assured network of public and private providers and make appointments as needed.
Proactively keep up-to-date on new procedures and services offered by MSI to build and educate callers’ interests.
Support clinical team by collecting feedback from the client.
Enter new client information into the system and maintain the Contact Centre database.
Keep records of callers’ interactions and details of actions taken.
Attend events, group discussions and other marketing activities.
