HR and Finance Assistant

Coordinate recruitment: postings, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new hires. Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR files in line with Cambodian Labor Law. Administer attendance, leave balances, and payroll-support documentation. Support permits, visas, and NSSF registration for local and expatriate staff. Coordinate day-to-day office administration

• procurement, facilities, and vendor relations. Assist with policy rollout, employee relations, and internal communications. Manage logistics for meetings and company events.

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in HR & Administration.
• Working knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law and NSSF procedures.
• Strong written and spoken English and Khmer.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Highly organized and discreet with confidential information.
• A proactive, service-minded team player.
