About the role

Build and maintain the fund’s financial model, own the fundraising tracker and the investor and pipeline databases, and produce the investment memoranda and due-diligence outputs that move companies through the investment process — directly supporting the fund’s path to a first close.
Duties include building and maintaining the fund financial model with various scenarios, supporting capital-stack design and legal structuring.
Responsibilities also involve owning the fundraising tracker, building and maintaining the investor database, and supporting roadshows and investor meetings.
Furthermore, the role includes co-building the investor & pipeline database, preparing investment memoranda, and coordinating pipeline data.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in finance, economics, or related.
Venture capital, private equity, impact investing, corporate finance or investment banking for 3 to 5 years.
Strong financial-modelling skills (advanced Excel); comfort with fund economics, IRR/MOIC, waterfalls.
Southeast Asia experience (Cambodia and/or Indonesia an advantage).
Familiarity with blended finance, SAFE / convertible instruments, and fund structures.
Exposure to impact/ESG standards (IRIS+, 2X Criteria) and to data-room / CRM tools.
Command of both spoken and written English and Khmer.
Khmer is preferred.
Indonesian is preferred.
