Prepare plans and communicate with existing and new customers in construction projects or construction sites in assigned provinces to sell goods.
Understand customer needs, persuade customers, and drive sales to meet plans.
Explore market opportunities and gather information for management to adjust products and services as needed.
Promote and sell the company's products and excellent services to existing and potential customers.
Prepare product/project sales presentations and contracts for customers.
Collect payments from customers, follow up, urge customers to pay, and check credit limits for sales.
Prepare orders and deliver goods accurately and clearly to avoid customer complaints.
Check cash receipts, check money, and ensure clear delivery, receipt, and payment processes.
Check the quantity of goods and inform customer locations to facilitate delivery personnel in finding them.
Participate in meetings and prepare reports on sales results, operations, and other issues daily, weekly, and monthly.
Prepare Weekly and Monthly reports for the Line Supervisor in a timely manner (Deadline).
