Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth performance.
Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, atmosphere, merchandising, and customer service.
Monitor sales, inventory, expenses, and operational performance.
Manage operational issues and provide timely and effective solutions.
Ensure company policies and SOPs are properly implemented.
Lead, motivate, and manage the store team.
Plan staffing and ensure appropriate manpower coverage Train team members on customer service, product knowledge, and store procedures.
Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular feedback.
Build a positive, professional, and customer-focused team culture.
Ensure customers receive professional and consistent service.
Handle customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints effectively.
Maintain service standards aligned with the store's Japanese-inspired concept.
Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor and drive store sales and KPI performance.
Analyze sales and operational data and identify areas for improvement.
Support promotional campaigns and store activities.
Conduct competitor and market observations to identify opportunities.
Prepare regular performance reports and improvement proposals for management.
Support management in developing and improving store operations.
Contribute ideas for merchandising, product presentation, and customer experience.
Help establish and improve SOPs and operational standards.
Take ownership of challenges and proactively propose solutions.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Bachelor's degree in , Retail Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail, hospitality, sales, or store operations, with leadership experience.
Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Strong customer-service mindset and awareness.
Good command of Khmer and English; Japanese is an advantage.
Proactive, responsible, organized, and able to independently.
Strong sense of ownership and ability to make decisions.
Comfortable ing in a dynamic and growing environment.
Experience ing with foreign companies or international teams is an advantage.
Preferred Skills: Experience managing or launching a new retail store, boutique, or similar.
Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, merchandising, and sales KPIs.
Ability to analyze data and turn insights into practical actions.
