About the role

Check and correct student work according to school policy
Perform classroom administration regularly
Read notes, announcements, and updates regularly and implement them 100%
Participate in all school activities such as Cultural Day, Exhibition Program...
Comply 100% with school internal regulations
Teach specialized subjects for secondary school level
Check student attendance and classroom order
Write lesson plans and daily teaching plans
Produce and adapt teaching materials for specialized subjects
Supervise students during break times and at dismissal
Prepare homework, monthly exams, mid-term exams, and semester exams, and correct them accurately
Participate in maintaining school property
Research and find good and new teaching methods
Educate students to become good children, good students, good friends, and good citizens
Create classroom rules for each class
Provide true knowledge to students
Teach students according to the principles provided by the school
Prepare good teaching work plans
Teach according to the school curriculum efficiently
Deliver assignments on time as set by the school
Cooperate well among the team
Be well aware of the school's structure
Be a good ambassador for the institution
Have good communication with colleagues
Inspire students to actively participate in school programs
Provide reports to the principal or team when problems arise
Comply 100% with the professional ethics of a teacher.

Requirements

Diploma in specialization or equivalent certificate
Possess a teaching diploma or equivalent certificate
Have sufficient knowledge and professional skills to perform the job
Have knowledge in Information Technology and can use programs: Ms. Words, Ms. Excels, Internet, Email
Be a good study counselor for students and guardians
Respect working hours correctly
Be friendly and have good communication
Be persistent and patient in working with students
Be attentive to students and have high professional ethics
Have good health and strong physique
Be meticulous and highly responsible in work
Be confident in the specialized subject taught and want to develop oneself constantly
Be willing to dedicate time when the school requires participation
Have at least 2 years of teaching experience in specialized subjects for secondary school level.
