About the role

Develop a practical and user-friendly training curriculum and learning materials on entrepreneurship, business planning, bookkeeping, marketing, and social protection.
Apply adult-learning, participatory, and practical methodologies suited for women entrepreneurs with low educational backgrounds, limited technological skills, and rural business experience.
Deliver the training to strengthen the knowledge and skills of 60 selected women-led SMEs and producer groups in Siem Reap and Battambang provinces.
Facilitate pre-test and post-test assessments, group work, practical exercises, presentations, and other participatory learning methods.
Provide support to participants in developing viable business plans for their enterprises.
Provide coaching and mentoring to improve their business performance and sustainability.
Work closely with Banteay Srei to ensure the training content is locally relevant, gender-responsive, and adapted to the needs of women-led SMEs and producer groups in the target provinces.
Submit a final report on the consultancy, including progress made by the selected SMEs and recommendations for continued support.
