Event Manager

• The Event Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing TABLESIDE’s event operations from preparation, managing event crew, equipment, logistics and on-site client coordination.
• Plan and coordinate operational requirements for confirmed events.
• Prepare event schedules, checklists, staffing plans and equipment requirements.
• Coordinate event setup, service and pack-down.
• Lead, brief and supervise event crew during events.
• Ensure high standards of food & beverage service, presentation and guest experience.
• Work closely with the Sales & Partnerships Executive to ensure confirmed client requirements are properly delivered.
• The role focuses on converting enquiries into bookings and developing strategic partnerships for TABLESIDE.
• Building strong relationships with clients, event planners, venues and agencies Prepare quotations and proposals and follow up with prospective clients.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets.
• Event Crew members support the setup, service and pack-down of TABLESIDE events while delivering friendly, professional and attentive service to guests.
• Event set up and pack down Serve food and beverages Prepare and organise serving equipment before service Provide friendly and professional service to guests.

Event Manager

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred
• Event Manager / Event Supervisor in Hospitality Management for 1 year is preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, F&B, catering, or event operations preferred
• Knowledge of event setup, service operations, food safety, hygiene, and equipment handling
• Able to supervise event crew, coordinate schedules, and manage event logistics
• Responsible, harding, punctual, professional, and hands-on attitude
• Effective communication with team and customer service skills

- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task Sales & Partnership Executive

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/ Administration/Sales/Hospitality Management is preferred
• Sales/ Development/Partnerships/Hospitality in Food and Beverage for 1 year as a minimum
• Ability to prospect, pitch, follow up, negotiate and close sales.
• Strong written and verbal Khmer and English communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners.
• Confident, outgoing, approachable and comfortable meeting new people.
• Proactive, responsible, motivated and results-oriented attitude.

• High Diploma is required
• Comfortable serving food and beverages and interacting with guests
• Flexible to evenings, weekends and public holidays depending on event schedules
• Friendly, approachable, proactive and confident around guests personality
