The Development Manager is responsible for driving growth and revenue generation by identifying new market opportunities, acquiring and developing client relationships, building strategic partnerships, and promoting the company's trust, fiduciary, and corporate services.
The role will develop and manage the pipeline from market development and lead generation through client engagement, proposal development, negotiation, and commercial coordination for successful client onboarding.
The Development Manager will closely with Operations, Finance, Legal & Compliance, and Management to ensure that client requirements are properly understood, commercially viable, and effectively transitioned into service delivery.
Development & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute development strategies to achieve agreed revenue and targets.
Identify and develop new opportunities and target markets.
Generate qualified leads and build a strong pipeline.
Acquire new clients and develop existing client relationships.
Promote the company's trust, fiduciary, and corporate services.
Develop opportunities through direct sales, referrals, neting, events, and strategic partnerships.
Monitor progress against sales targets and take corrective actions where required.
Client & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand client needs and identify appropriate solutions.
Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Manage client communications throughout the development process.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing clients.
Support client retention and identify opportunities for additional services.
Strategic Partnerships: Identify and develop strategic relationships with: Corporations, Banks and financial institutions, Developers, Law firms, Accounting and audit firms, Investment companies, Family es, Wealth management professionals, Professional service providers, High-net-worth individuals.
Develop referral and partnership opportunities that can generate qualified .
