About the role

Ensure timely and accurate financial transactions and documentation.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Manage petty cash, bank transactions, and internet banking.
Prepare monthly tax declaration and support external audits and financial reviews.
Assist in preparing project budgets and revisions.
Monitor actual expenditures and ensure coding accuracy.
Conduct budget variance analysis and cash forecasting.
Ensure document filling and management.
Provide procurement and logistics support.
Manage contracts and assets.
Ensure compliance with donor and national financial regulations.
Support audit readiness and financial accountability.
Contribute to donor/government financial reporting.
Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field is required.
Professional certification such as ACCA or equivalent is preferred.
Understanding of financial regulations, accounting standards, and compliance requirements relevant to nonprofit organizations.
Experience in administrative processes, facility management, and procurement.
Familiarity with tax laws, regulatory frames, and statutory reporting obligations applicable to NGOs.
Intermediate knowledge of Accounting Software (QuickBooks), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT), email, and Internet programs.
Knowledge of government grant regulations and financial reporting requirements.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in financial management, accounting, or administrative roles.
Experience working in a nonprofit organization.
Demonstrated proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
Experienced with foreign NGOs is an advantage.
