National Consultant for Financial Management Assistant

Assist in the management of the financial and accounting systems; Assist in the management of safeguarding Project’s assets; Assist in the review of all transactions and preparation of Vouchers related to financial transactions; Initial review, check and verify each transaction; Assist in the preparation and review of all Financial Reports; Assist in the preparation of the Withdrawal Applications; Assist in coordination and supports of auditing; Assist in the maintenance of the Project financial operations, particularly for bank accounts, petty cash and cash advances; Preparation of Bank Checks for authorized signatures to sign off; Preparing and Updating Withdrawal Application monitoring register; Updating Payment register of vendors, suppliers/ contractors and consulting services; Updating the Fixed Assets Registers.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Financial Management as a minimum.
• At least of work experiences in financial and accounting fields for 3 years.
• Have knowledge or have similar working experiences with externally funded projects and programs; Computer literate with knowledge of the standard compu.
