Find new customer and corporate clients.
Follow up with potential customers.
Build good relationships with companies and agencies.
Prepare contracts.
Follow up on renewals for long stay guests.
Handle complaints politely.
Understand and respond to their requests.
Build good relationships with residents.
Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, maintenance and accounting.
Execute other tasks as assigned by the management.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Hospitality or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) as a minimum.
Experience in sale and customer service, property management, hospitality for 1 to 2 years as a minimum.
Verbal and written proficiency in Khmer and English (and/or other languages).
Knowledge in Microsoft Office, e-mail, internet and other application.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
