Sales staff are responsible for providing professional jewelry sales services, understanding customer needs, driving sales, achieving company sales targets, and creating an efficient and effective customer experience that meets company standards.
Main duties include welcoming and assisting customers in selecting high-standard jewelry, arranging jewelry displays attractively, ensuring safety and security during storage, understanding customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable jewelry, demonstrating and introducing jewelry professionally according to company standards, describing production, design, and types of gemstones, diamonds, and other materials.
They are also responsible for professionally resolving customer inquiries and complaints with empathy, seeking solutions that maintain the company's reputation, and building and maintaining good relationships with both new and existing customers.
Other duties include participating in and facilitating the search for new models, accurately entering customer order information into order forms, tracking jewelry production status to ensure timely delivery, verifying daily inventory, preparing customer jewelry information for relevant departments (polishing, repair, chrome plating, disassembly, quality control), strengthening and driving sales to meet company targets, learning and understanding jewelry, diamonds, gemstones, accessories, and techniques, collaborating with related departments to provide timely information to customers, assisting with payment and delivery coordination with finance and inventory departments, reporting work results to team leaders and participating in problem-solving, preparing work result reports for management, maintaining orderliness, respecting discipline, and internal company regulations, and performing other tasks as instructed by management.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or an equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
Priority will be given to candidates with experience in the jewelry sales sector.
Knowledge of jewelry products, diamonds, gemstones, and raw materials.
Understanding of customer service and sales processes.
Ability to achieve set sales targets.
Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and listening skills.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Good command of English is a plus.
Flexibility, agility, friendliness, and good manners.
Presentable appearance.
Meticulous, patient, and highly committed to work.
Honest and responsible.
Good collaboration and communication skills at work.
Willingness to learn and agility.
Maintain orderliness, respect discipline, and internal company regulations.
