The Admin-Accounting Assistant will be supervised by the Senior Admin-Finance Officer and will be responsible for accounting and administration tasks at Holt International in Cambodia-Phnom Penh.
Duties include monitoring and controlling petty cash and cash on hand, checking and collecting daily expenses, paying taxes, NSSF, and pension funds.
The role also involves administration at Holt Cambodia, including human resources, following up on compliances with relevant ministries, renewing MOUs, and submitting reports.
The assistant will prepare payments to all Holt programs in Phnom Penh, assist with data entry into the accounting system (QuickBooks), and help with purchases and quotations for the office and programs.
They will review the fixed asset register semi-annually and liaise with relevant ministries and partners.
Filing documents and other assigned duties are also part of the role.

Bachelor's Degree in accounting.
Experience in accounting field, QuickBooks, Word, Excel and Internet.
Able to read, write and speak English.
Good Khmer and English typing skills.
Hard-working, honest and detail-oriented.
High level of commitment and ability to effectively act as a member of a team.
