Verify loan applicants’ information and documents by phone.
Confirm customer identity, employment, income, contact details, and loan purpose.
Assess customer risk levels and provide audit recommendations.
Conduct pre-disbursement confirmation calls and explain loan terms.
Remind customers of upcoming repayments and follow up on overdue accounts.
Maintain accurate customer records and audit documentation.
Report suspicious applications, fraud risks, and abnormal cases.
Support risk control activities, data review, and risk screening.
Perform other audit and customer service tasks as assigned.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field At least 1 year of experience in customer service, risk control, collections, or telemarketing is preferred.
Chinese-speaking-50% Good communication skills (Khmer + basic English) Responsible, detail-oriented, and risk-aware.
Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
Able to work under pressure with strong execution skills.
