Develop and acquire individual loan customers through calls, field visits, referrals, and online promotion.
Introduce loan products (unsecured/secured loans) and handle customer applications.
Conduct preliminary document checks and basic risk assessment.
Submit qualified applications to the credit approval team.
Maintain customer relationships and assist with repayment follow-up.
Ensure full compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Bachelor Degree (Banking & Finance, Marketing, Business or related field).
At least 1 year experience in bank industry or financial services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Goal-oriented and able to work under sales pressure.
