Supervise daily MEP works (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) on site to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with standards.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare daily and weekly reports for the MEP Manager or Project Manager.
Ensure smooth operation of facilities by monitoring equipment performance, maintenance needs, and staff performance.
Ensure Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) tasks are carried out according to approved schedules and task lists, and report additional works required.
Monitor technicians’ daily activities and job completion.
Conduct routine inspections of works completed by technicians and service partners.
Oversee and perform maintenance and repair works when required.
Respond promptly and efficiently to reactive issues and helpdesk requests.
Review work orders, checklists, and other documentation to ensure tasks are completed correctly.
Evaluate staff performance and carry out disciplinary actions when necessary.
Supervise works to ensure all tasks and projects are completed on time and within budget.
Inspect ongoing and completed works to confirm standards are met.
Be available on a 24/7 on-call rotation to respond to emergency situations during and after working hours.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in maintenance supervision.
Excellent technical skills to recognize electrical, plumbing, ventilation, and mechanical malfunctions or equipment failures.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Khmer
