The Department of School Health is seeking bids for the supply of "Measuring Equipment" (8 types, 32 units) and delivery to the Department of School Health, Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport.
The bidding process will be conducted through local competitive bidding under Cambodian public procurement laws and procedures, and the financial and procurement management procedures of the project "KH25-01: Strengthening Eye Health Services for Comprehensive and Inclusive Care in Cambodia" in the education sector (2025-2027), supported by The Fred Hollows Foundation, Cambodia.
This initiative aims to enhance eye care and restore vision for students and education staff within the education sector.
Requirements
Interested companies must contact the Department of School Health for documentation related to the contract. The bidding submission deadline is July 30, 2026. Bid opening will be on July 30, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Department of School Health. The winning company will be notified in writing to receive the contract between August 3-5, 2026. Key Conditions:
Companies with affiliations or a single source can only submit one bid and must provide legal registration documents.
The company awarded the supply and delivery contract must complete the work by September 4, 2026, at 2:30 PM.
Companies must provide a quality guarantee for the measuring equipment.
Companies are responsible for all damages and expenses during transportation.
