The Investment Manager will lead strategic engagement with the government and private sector partners to advance policies and innovative models that improve and expand access to piped water supply and other essential infrastructure services.
Roles and Responsibilities: Conduct research and analysis to identify sector trends, bottlenecks, and reform opportunities.
Apply economic and political economy frames to assess incentives and investment viability.
Develop concept notes, policy briefs, and advocacy materials to inform decision-making.
Facilitate policy dialogues and coordination platforms among government, private sector, and development partners.
Support the design and implementation of sector financing mechanisms that promote quality and climate-resilient investment.
Negotiate and manage strategic partnerships for effective project delivery.
Adaptively manage complex projects, navigating uncertainty while collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.

This role requires policy analysis, investment strategy, and partnership management.
