MEAL Coordinator

• The position is to strengthen our Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning systems and help turn data into learning, learning into better decisions, and better decisions into transformed lives and thriving communities.
• Lead and strengthen FOH's organizational MEAL/M&E system Oversee data collection, analysis, DQAs, evaluations & field verification Strengthen community feedback and complaints-response mechanisms Facilitate quarterly reflection, learning & program reviews Document lessons learned, case studies, success stories & transformation stories Strengthen digital data collection using Kobo Toolbox Develop Excel dashboards, visual reports & data presentations Train, mentor and coach MEAL staff, program teams & field volunteers.

Bachelor's Degree in M&E, Statistics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field Relevant MEAL/M&E experience for 3 years as a minimum NGO, development, or Christian organization experience preferred Strong skills in Kobo Toolbox, Excel, data management & data visualization Strong analytical, communication, reporting and organizational skills Ability to lead, mentor and build team capacity Willingness to travel regularly to FOH field locations Commitment to Christian values, servant leadership, integrity, accountability and holistic transformation
