We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic individual who brings warmth, patience, and a genuine love for working with young children. The ideal candidate will support the Early Years Teacher in creating a nurturing, engaging, and safe learning environment where children can grow socially, emotionally, and academically. The successful applicant will be self-motivated, team-oriented, and committed to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere. She will assist in daily classroom activities, support children’s individual learning needs, and help promote confidence, curiosity, and independence in our young learners. A growth mindset, strong collaboration skills, and a willingness to actively contribute to the school community will make her an invaluable member of our Early Years team. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the teacher in preparing materials and delivering daily lessons and activities. Assist with classroom setup, supervision, and play (indoor and outdoor). Provide individual and small-group support to children. Assist with personal care routines (toileting, handwashing, snack, and nap time). Promote positive behavior, social skills, and emotional well-being. Ensure children’s safety and follow safeguarding policies. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe learning environment.
