About the role

Provide counter services including account opening, deposits, withdrawals, cheque processing, foreign exchange, and local/international transfers.
Perform daily transaction balancing and ensure accuracy.
Handle customer inquiries regarding bank products and services.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, or related field.
Experience Level for 2 years Basic Chinese communication skills required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, responsible, and a good team player.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
