About the role

The candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers and help resolve any problems or concerns related to receiving, storing, moving, and shipping supplies, stock, and materials to and/or from the warehouse.
The candidate will also be responsible for coordinating with trucking subcontractors to ensure timely delivery for the customers.
Provide and maintain good customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
Ensure customers are treated professionally and receive excellent service during the shipping and receiving of cargos to and from the warehouse.
Anticipate and defuse potential problems through face-to-face, phone, or email communication with customers.
Use the Warehouse Management System to track and monitor all inbound and outbound shipping requests to and from the warehouse.
Document Cargos receipts and process Cargos releases with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and time management.
Maintain strong inventory control and coordinate inbound and outbound shipping requests.
Ensure bookings are made with subcontractors for delivery orders.
Prepare the relevant paper required from customers and subcontractors as stated in the SOP.
Track deliveries handled by subcontractors and ensure they are completed within the timeline agreed in the contract.
Monitor subcontractor performance and KPIs.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Warehouse operations or a customer service position for 1 year as a minimum Good collaboration and influencing skills.
Result-oriented mindset.
High level of al excellence and accountability.
