About the role

Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of 230kV transmission lines.
Organize routine line patrols, tower inspections, thermographic inspections, and drone inspections.
Inspect and monitor conductors, OPGW, insulator strings, hardware fittings, dampers, earthing systems, and tower foundations.
Coordinate vegetation management within the transmission line corridor.
Monitor third-party activities near the Right-of-Way (ROW).
Prepare defect reports and corrective action plans.
Coordinate planned outages with EDC / National Control Centre.
Prepare switching s and outage requests.
Ensure safe isolation and Permit-to- (PTW) procedures.
Monitor system availability and reliability.
Participate in fault investigations and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Manage maintenance of 230kV circuit breakers, disconnectors/isolators, earthing switches, CTs, CVTs/PTs, lightning arresters, protection & control panels, SCADA/RTU equipment, control cables, and marshalling kiosks.
Supervise and perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, functional testing, shutdown maintenance, and emergency repairs.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Operations and maintenance for transmission line and substation projects for 7 years as a minimum.
Good command of English and Khmer, including writing, listening, and speaking skills.
Must be physically fit and willing to travel to difficult terrains.
Strong team skills and a positive learning attitude.
