Prepare training materials and coordinate training sessions with counterparts.
Support and facilitate training sessions and workshops on nutrition, food safety, hygiene practices, and waste management.
Assist in delivering capacity-building activities tailored to target groups.
Facilitate promotional activities within target communities, including waste management and Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) awareness campaigns.
Support nutrition education initiatives, including Food-Based Dietary Guidelines (FBDG) promotion.
Assist in implementing promotional activities at target schools and monitor their progress and ownership.
Assist in data management, and basic analysis.
Contribute to waste analysis studies to evaluate community conditions and identify potential solutions in collaboration with partner organizations.
Assist in preparing activity reports, operational plans, meeting minutes, official letters, and PR articles (English and Khmer).
Support the production of promotional materials, including videos for project visibility and fundraising.
Translate documents between English and Khmer, and provide interpretation for expatriates when needed.
Support the facilitation of meetings, trainings, and project-related events.
Foster trusts and collaboration among the organization, project counterparts, and relevant stakeholders.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Bachelor's Degree in health, education, environment, or other majors related to social/community development.
Development projects, preferably related to health, hygiene, nutrition, environmental, or community development for 2 years as a minimum.
Strong interests in environment, nutrition, and health promotion.
Experience in survey data analysis, reporting, facilitation, and collaboration with local stakeholders is highly valued.
Excellent command of written and oral English, enough to communicate with expatriates.
Computer literacy with competence in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Zoom, Google Meet, SPSS, Canva etc. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Creative and flexible who can work well under pressure and perform multiple tasks.
High commitment to work as NGO staff.
