Provide accurate information about project details, house prices, sizes, locations, and unit numbers for all types of houses.
Understand floor plans for each house (to easily assist customers who wish to modify their homes).
Provide clear and accurate information about houses to customers via phone (Telegram calls or chats).
Schedule appointments for customers to visit the office and provide them with accurate and clear information.
Discuss and consult, negotiate, and create conditions for customers to close sales.
Consistently follow up with customers and develop new creative follow-up strategies for each customer, updating the report clearly.
Observe, analyze, and create questions for customers based on real-time situations.
Create new content to further drive sales.
Use all personal methods to achieve the target number of house sales.
Comply with the assignments from superiors for certain tasks (e.g., inspecting the office, attending various meetings).
