Manage and proactively attend Import/Export documentation tasks including shipping instruction submission and follow-up with customers, advanced manifest filing, issuance of export bill of lading, issue arrival notice and other related inquiries.
Liaise with relevant parties to ensure required documents are submitted on time and accurate.
Manage import / export for billing/invoicing, timely.
Follow up unclaimed cargo if any.
Update weekly/monthly related reports.
Perform other tasks to be assigned by management.

Bachelor's Degree Fresh graduates from university are encouraged to apply.
Good at using Ms. Office basically Outlook, Excel, Word.
Good at speaking/writing English and Chinese is an added advantage.
Hard/smart working individual and customer oriented.
Ready to work under pressure to meet deadline.
Willing to learn and initiate improvement in daily work.
Able to work independently / as a team.
