Public Relations Officer (Chinese Speaking)

• Communicate with Chinese clients to request, collect, and follow up on necessary paperwork, particularly documents required for tax declarations and compliance.
• Professionally deliver messages, updates, and official announcements from the company's management to the clients.
• Discuss, clarify, and coordinate with clients regarding the company's service fees and related financial inquiries.
• Translate verbal communications, emails, and documents from Chinese to Khmer to bridge the language gap and support the internal operations team.
• Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with Chinese clients to ensure high service satisfaction. Identify any challenges or client concerns and report them to management for timely solutions.
