Consultant or Firm for Comprehensive Organizational, Operational, and Expansion Readiness Assessment with Strategic Improvement Roadmap

The overall objective of this assignment is to support KFP to positioning to scale up their managerial & operational systems and processes. The assignment is needed to analyse and recommend best practices to streamline and integrate organisational systems and processes to facilitate that growth, including development of a roadmap for sustainable growth and investment readiness. The assessment should include: Organisational and governance assessment: Review the organisational structure, reporting lines, decision- making processes, board and management practices, delegation of authority, and accountability mechanisms, and evaluate strategic planning and performance systems.
