• The organization LLC is implementing a project to enhance climate resilience in crop production and promote better management and decision-making by female farmers.
• As part of this project, LLC is announcing a bid to select suppliers of agricultural materials/equipment and seeds.
• The selected suppliers will be responsible for delivering these items to the LLC office located in Jey Chumneas village, La Bab Seik commune, Ban Lung city, Ratanak Kiri province.

Bidders must meet the following conditions to be eligible to submit a bid: 1. Supply of agricultural materials/equipment and seeds. 2. Must be legally registered for business and legally registered with the General Department of Taxation of the Kingdom of Cambodia (Value Added Tax or VAT). Bidders must:

• Complete the Price Quotation form and attach a detailed table of materials (provided in the attachment) signed, dated, and stamped (if applicable).
• The bid price must include Value Added Tax.
• Submit a VAT invoice.
• Submit a VAT certificate.
