About the role

Collaborate with the team to produce monthly/quarterly and annual plans.
Produce project case studies and reports to submit to the Project Coordinator.
Promote management governance with ACs and promote ACs access to the market.
Form SHGs with ACs to manage investment funds.
Implement 100% of project activities.
Attend training, shops, and meetings.
Provide field coaching/mentorship and monitoring to ACs.
Coordinate farmer-to-farmer/peer-to-peer learning focusing on poultry and greenhouse vegetables.
Promote ACs access to the market.
Conduct digital training to promote ACs' use of digital tools.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in agriculture science or agronomy plus at least three years of experience in fields related to the vegetable value chain, specifically vegetable extension.
Experience in leading/facilitating development/market linkages is a plus.
Excellent data collection, analysis, and reporting skills.
Knowledge of project management – planning and budgeting.
Demonstrated proficiency in Khmer, both spoken and written; proficiency in English is a plus.
Computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet.
Knowledge and experience with or within community organizations.
Knowledge of agriculture cooperative development.
Good communication and facilitation skills.
Good understanding and sensitivity to poverty, social, and ethnic issues.
Working knowledge of sustainable livelihoods, value chain, and market development.
Experience in field data collection.
