• The Value Chain Investment Specialist will report to the Project Director via PDoC Director and Project Manager for VCD and under direct supervision of PDoC Director.
• The Consultants shall closely with all project teams, by providing advice and consultation, to ensure effective project implementation and achievement of project outcomes.
• The Department of International Relationship and Cooperation (D/IRC) is the Project Management Office (PMO) to recruit 02 National Value Chain Investment Specialists (VCIs) that will be stationed in Provincial Department of Commerce (PDoC) with above mentioned and is expected to on a full-time basis for the period of 12 months that can be extended based on satisfactory performance and availability of fund.
