Oversee and manage the full costing process (materials, labor, and overhead) Prepare detailed cost analysis and reports for management Develop, implement, and maintain standard costing systems Analyze cost variances and provide recommendations for improvements Support pricing strategies and profitability analysis Lead monthly cost closing and inventory valuation processes Collaborate with production, procurement, and finance teams Monitor and control operational costs to ensure efficiency Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies Supervise and mentor junior costing/accounting staff

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 3–7 years of experience in cost accounting or a similar role Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and practices Experience in manufacturing or production environments preferred Advanced Excel skills.
