About the role

Lead and manage general operations, business development, and operational outcomes of all Modern Agricultural Communities (MACs) that are members of UKMAC in the target provinces.
Organize and implement the strategic plan, annual business plan, operational plan, and provincial achievement targets in accordance with UKMAC's vision, policies, and standards.
Supervise and coordinate the management of agricultural production, finance, administration, commerce, services, members, and other operational functions of MACs in the province.
Lead, supervise, and evaluate the performance of each Community Executive Director, Provincial Senior Agricultural Technician, Provincial Financial Management Chief, and related staff.
Provide guidance and support to MACs in resolving operational, management, production, financial, and marketing problems.
Seek and develop new market opportunities, and promote joint sales and market contract negotiation for the province's community products.
Coordinate the preparation of production and business plans based on market demand, available resources, and the community's key agricultural products or production systems.
