About the role

Handle import shipment documents and verify accuracy for customs and internal processing.
Coordinate with shipping lines, brokers, and internal teams to support smooth cargo release.
Track import status and update relevant parties on shipment progress and key issues.
Prepare and maintain records, reports, and filing for import operations.
Assist in resolving basic operational problems to keep cargo flow efficient.

Requirements

Welcome; prior logistics or import experience is a plus.
Good communication skills in English and Khmer; additional s are an advantage.
Basic computer skills, especially MS Office and data entry accuracy.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle documents carefully.
Willing to learn import procedures, customs processes, and port-related flows.
Able to speak English or Chinese is a plus.
