About the role

Develop content strategy plan and execution.
Manage monthly content calendars across social platforms and in-app channels.
Create tailored content aligned with various marketing campaign objectives.
Manage KOL campaigns from planning to execution and build a strong KOL database.
Oversee copywriting across platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, in-app, etc.).
Ensure content aligns with brand tone and campaign direction.
Brief creative teams and external agencies for content production needs.
Develop storytelling content and UGC formats to drive community engagement.
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to line management.
Lead team and provide support to team and cross-functional coordination.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in content marketing or social media.
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, YouTube).
Basic understanding of content performance metrics and analytics.
Experience working with creative teams or agencies is a plus.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, develop, and motivate a high performing team.
Experience in setting KPIs, conducting performance reviews, and supporting team development.
Excellent communication skills.
