Assistant Manager, Marketing Campaign

1. Campaign Coordinator & Lead

• Leads the planning and execution of all branding and marketing campaigns across passengers, both online (including in-app) and offline channels.
• The team plays a central role in strengthening brand presence, increasing user activity, and supporting Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives across internal divisions.
• Plan, coordinate and execute branding campaigns aligned with company goals.
• Develop and manage passenger campaigns across key lifecycle stages (acquisition, engagement, retention).
• Collaborate with stakeholders over GTM plans to support Growth team, CVM team, and Partnership team.

- Develop driver campaign and coordinate with Operation, Legal to ensure smooth campaign execution focusing driver retention campaign for the vehicle sticker market share. 2. Content Marketing

• Lead content marketing initiatives across in-app platforms and offline touchpoints (UGC, digital content, in-app content, POSM).
• Develop and oversee content and copywriting across all marketing touchpoints.
• Monitor marketing trends and stay up to date.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders including agencies (KOL, Press Production) for content marketing delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in project management, marketing coordination or related roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Trello) and marketing analytics tools.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, attention to details.
