Senior IT Executive

• The reason for the request: The company's IT system development is growing rapidly. Server, Network, Database, Security, Backup, and IT systems at a complex level are increasing, requiring highly experienced professionals to manage and continue developing these systems. Currently, the company has only one core IT staff responsible for Server Operation, Security Patch, Monitoring, Support Desk, Backup, and Incident Handling. This creates high risks for Business Continuity and information security loss if technical issues arise. Key issues and challenges: 1. Server Infrastructure Risk
• Insufficient Redundancy and Failover
• Server Configuration requires improvement
• Insufficient Monitoring, which can lead to downtime
• If the sole IT staff takes leave, IT system operations may be disrupted and cause difficulties for the entire company's work. 2. Cybersecurity Risk
• Security Patches cannot be done in a timely manner
• No dedicated person for Log Monitoring / Security Alert
• Access Control level is not strict enough
• Risks of Malware, Ransomware, and Phishing are continuously increasing.
