About the role

Conduct field visits with supervisors to identify gaps and provide coaching; ensure execution of sales fundamentals and compliance with store standards.
Analyze KPIs, coverage plans, route profitability; prepare reports and identify improvement areas; manage training materials and monthly insights for SFE.
Collaborate with supervisors and sales fundamentals team to solve issues; align with related departments on performance gaps and corrective actions; act as a communication bridge between sales, SFE, and merchandising teams.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in sales, trade execution, or sales training roles.
Strong understanding of sales fundamentals, trade execution, merchandising, and customer service.
