About the role

Perform overnight hotel front desk and night audit operations.
Check and reconcile daily hotel transactions and financial reports.
Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and requests during the night shift.
Prepare daily reports and ensure all records are accurate.
Monitor hotel activities during the night and respond to guest needs.
Maintain a professional and welcoming service at all times.
Perform other duties related to night audit and front office operations as assigned.

Requirements

Good command of English.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Email.
1–3 years of experience ing as a Night Auditor in a hotel.
Responsible, honest, detail-oriented, and able to independently.
Willing to the night shift.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
