About the role

Actively seek and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned segment.
Arrange meetings with potential clients, listen to their needs and concerns, and provide suitable accommodations.
Collaborate closely with the Front Office team to ensure seamless payment processing and booking arrangements.
Negotiate and close deals, handle customer complaints, and address special requests.
Provide feedback on changing market conditions, competitive trends, and sales solicitation outcomes.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, online travel agencies, and corporate clients (depending on the assigned segment).
Represent the hotel in various events and exhibitions to showcase its offerings.
Conduct daily sales calls, arrange site inspection trips, and follow up on leads.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree.
Sales and marketing or a related professional area, preferably within the hotel industry for 1 year as a minimum.
Good knowledge of the various hotel market segments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain client relationships.
Proficiency in utilizing sales software and CRM systems, such as Opera PMS.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
