Head of Sales

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and development plans.
• Identify and develop new customers, including hotels, resorts, restaurants, and other potential clients.
• Maintain strong and professional relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, contracts, and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitors, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate closely with Management, Procurement, Warehouse, Finance, and Operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer service.
• Monitor sales pipeline, monthly targets, customer accounts, and collection status.
• Coach and develop sales team members to improve their product knowledge, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
• Ensure professional customer service and represent the company professionally in the market.

Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
