About the role

Identify and approach new prospects to expand the customer base.
Support client meetings, follow-ups, and relationship-building activities.
Present company products and services clearly to potential customers.
Assist in preparing sales proposals, reports, and market updates.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
Help achieve sales targets and contribute to overall growth.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Fresh graduates or candidates with entry-level experience are welcome.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a sales-driven role.
Able to build positive relationships with clients and team members.
Strong MS Office skills and ability to prepare basic reports.
Knowledge of banking, insurance, or microfinance is an advantage.
